Informa wanted to unite its 6,500 colleagues across five divisions in over 20 countries with a digital platform called Portal – an innovative and intuitive tool to connect employees.
Our challenge was to help Informa develop the campaign messaging behind Portal – created by employees for employees – and the associated programme of employee engagement. We wanted the campaign messaging to be a direct representation of the work done by the employees, so we carried out workshops and surveys with 350 staff.
