Helping prioritise potential


MSL has been the lead branding and marketing partner to the GSK global talent team since the formation of the Global Future Leader Programme.

We’ve helped GSK to develop its global Employer Brand and drive global awareness of their Future Leaders Programme. Together we’ve created a new talent marketing model – to bring GSK’s business, culture, people and opportunities to life.


To help students find the right Future Leaders Programme for them, we worked with an occupational psychologist to develop “The World of GSK” – an interactive quiz that uses potential applicants’ personality and preferences to direct them to the most suitable career path for them.

We also created a fully interactive consumer healthcare game for live campus events, aimed at providing students with a simulated, hands-on experience of GSK’s consumer healthcare division.
