A giant in the global FMCG world, Reckitt Benckiser asked us to develop their global sustainability strategy, targets, and supporting communications. Involving key regions and global brands, a new strategy and communications programme was successfully launched with big goals and targets as well as corporate and brand ambitions. The strategy focused on three key dimensions of water scarcity, the changing needs of women and the need for sustainability to drive innovation in product and consumer engagement.
